Thank you for shopping with Zaynoon. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund and return guidelines below.

1. Returns & Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, health products).

Sale or clearance items.

Digital/downloadable products.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

If you need an exchange, contact us at zaynoonservice@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items (unless the return is due to our mistake).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

1. First, check your bank account again.


2. Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
